ATI has amassed the largest selection of metal laminates available in the United States.

Additionally, ATI manufactures and distributes decorate (mirror-like, metallic, wood grain, granites, etc.) thermo plastic sheeting similar in size and thickness to high pressure laminates.

All of ATI's products have been used in a wide range of applications including commercial and residential interiors, store fixtures, automotive trim, metallic surfaces for signage (both interior and exterior) and display. Many are suitable for vacuum forming and silk screening. And we have engravables too.

NuMetal™
NuMetal™ features aluminum, copper or stainless steel clad high pressure laminates in polished and brushed finishes and various embossed surfaces in a wide assortment of designs and color combinations. NuMetal™ fabricates like standard high pressure laminates and all have phenolic backing.
NuMetal™, a metallic surfaced high pressure laminate sheet featuring a 4' x 8' size, fabricates like high pressure laminates. Choose from over 100 different colors and embossing combinations. Sample chains show the actual colors and patterns available.

 Technical Information

Polished aluminum surfaces are anodized. Brushed aluminum surfaces are lacquered. All copper is lacquered.

•   Thickness
    All laminates are .035" with the exception of Dekorial Patina and stainless steel, which are .050".
  
•   Fabricating
    NuMetal™ is fabricated with the same tools used on any high pressure decorative laminate   (special instructions are needed for fabricating stainless steel, please inquire). NuMetal™   products bond to various substrates - the same as other high pressure laminates.
  
•   Adhesives
  any contact adhesive or cold set adhesive normally used with decorative laminates is suitable. Use only naphtha or benzene as adhesive cleanup. Do not use lacquer solvents or other adhesive solvents which attack lacquer coatings.
  
•   Storage
    Metal laminates should be stored face up in a cool, dry area in a completely supported flat   position. Use a top sheet of chipboard or similar material to hold stored sheets flat. Edge storage   is not recommended.
  
•   Maintenance
    Clean surfaces with a soft cloth using household cleaners, waxes, Windex-type solutions, or   ordinary soap and water. Good furniture or automobile waxes provides additional protection for   all metal laminate surfaces.
  
•   Fire Rating
    Available upon request.
  
•   Postforming
    Many items are available in postforming grade by special order. Please inquire.

•   Balancing
    Counter balancing is necessary as with other high pressure laminates to prevent warping of the   substrate. All NuMetal™ products are at home in any application where high pressure laminates   would be used (vertical or light horizontal). The possibilities for the interior designer are endless.   Signage, interiors, furniture, displays, fixtures, and more. Our stainless steel series is even used   in exterior signage applications. MirroFlex

MirroFlex™ is a high impact plastic with a decorative top surface in laminate form. MirroFlex™ is available in hundreds of design and color combinations such as polished and brushed metallics, woodgrains, marbles, granites, specialty finishes and solid colors. Interior and exterior grades, vacuum formable and scratch resistant grades, 1st or second surface laminates, 3-D design and more available.

Standard Program

A stock 2' x 8' or 4' x 8' x .040 thick sheet program (similar to High Pressure Laminates).

•   Finishes: Includes all popular brushed and polished metallic finishes, many woodgrains, marbles,   granites, specialty finishes and solid colors.
  
•   A variety of thicknesses can be offered from .020 up to 3/4".
  
•   Program exist for laminate users and vacuum formers. Both interior and exterior versions.
  
•   Special coating can be added to most products to impart UV stability, scratch resistance,   chemical resistance, super high gloss, and more.
