PVC EDGEBANDING

Doellken-Woodtape PVC edgebanding is the finest, most consistent product available on the market today.

Typical applications of PVC edgebanding include residential and office furniture, institutional casegoods (laboratories, hospitals, medical offices, schools, etc.) store fixtures, kitchens, locker rooms and numerous others.

Produced with a slight concavity to minimize the glue line. High quality primer ensures a permanent bond.

STOCK PROGRAM

Doellken-Woodtape stocks the most complete edgebanding program in KwikEdge™ - Thin PVC and Accent Edge® - Thick PVC with a nationwide network of distributors. The current edgebanding offering matches 3,000 laminates from major high pressure laminate and thermofused melamine manu- facturers.

PREGLUED PVC

The entire stock program can be ordered preglued for hot-air edgebander application.

CUSTOM OPTIONS

Doellken-Woodtape also offers the capabilities to individually match colors and patterns including different gloss levels, ticking and embossing options.

SOLID COLORS

Doellken-Woodtape solid color edgebanding brightens up any environment. Color throughout the thickness provides a continuous transition from laminate to edgebanding.

BICOLOR

Doellken-Woodtape BiColor edgebanding consists of two different solid color layers. BiColor can also be surface printed. For example, our Multiplex® is offered as BiColor, continuing the Multiplex® design seamlessly around the profile.
Any color combination can be specified to achieve a sophisticated and unique design effect for your furniture.

WOODCORE®

Doellken-Woodtape's patented technology creates natural looking woodgrain effects. The grain color is consistent throughout the thickness and remains intact after trimming, eliminating any "picture frame" effect.

WOODGRAIN & DESIGNER PATTERNS

Our state-of-the-art printing technology can reproduce an unlimited range of designs. The printed surface is sealed with a tough and durable topcoat to resist wear.
