Standard Laminate
Pionite standard laminate is designed for either horizontal, vertical, or postforming applications. This laminate is seen on countertops, tables, vanities, interior doors, cabinets, contract furniture, and retail store fixtures.

Postforming Laminate
Postforming laminate is used in applications where a rolled edge is desirable. The rolled edge eliminates seams and produces a smooth, attractive appearance to the finished assembly. Typical uses include countertops, cabinet doors, drawer fronts and desktops.

MelCor II® MelCor II laminate may be used in any application where a solid color edge is desired. MelCor II is intended for use in applications where the edge of the laminate contributes to the aesthetics of the final product. Pionite's patented manufacturing process provides a second generation color-through laminate that is more flexible and much less likely to chip than other color-through laminate.

Resobak
Resobak is a single-ply backing sheet that can be applied to a substrate faced with high pressure decorative laminate. With proper application, Resobak will help to provide dimensional stability to the assembly, reducing the likelihood of warpage. Resobak sheets are available in either brown or black. A slight variation in color is normal and should be anticipated. Resobak sheets are not sanded

Micastat® Micastat is an electrostatic dissipative laminate designed for work surfaces in the manufacture and assembly of static-sensitive electronic components. Micastat offers the user a static safe work surface with the performance of a high pressure decorative laminate.

Fire Rated Laminate
Pionite Fire Rated laminate is designed for interior horizontal and vertical applications where a decorative surface must resist combustion and inhibit smoke production. Fire Rated laminate, Type K, retains the durability, ease of cleaning, and appearance (including color) of standard Pionite laminate. Pionite Fire Rated laminate is classified in the U.S. and Canada by Underwriters Laboratory, Inc. under File R6581. Pionite Fire Rated Backing Sheets are also available and provide fire ratings equal to fire rated decorative laminate of the same thickness.

Pearlescent Laminate
Pionite Pearlescent laminate showcases a dazzling array of patterns printed with metallic and pearlescent inks. Type G27 is a vertical grade laminate intended for non-postforming, low abrasion applications. Type F26 is a postformable, vertical grade laminate intended for low abrasion applications. Pearlescent laminate should not be used in horizontal applications.

ChemGuard Pionite ChemGuard incorporates the decorative features of high pressure laminate into a durable chemical resistant surfacing material. ChemGuard is available in any Pionite solid color, and can be made in thicknesses between 0.048 inch (1.2mm) and 1 inch (25mm). Thicker grades of ChemGuard can be used as self supporting worktops.

Backing Sheets
Pionite Backing Sheets are applied to the back of a substrate that is faced with a high pressure decorative laminate. With proper application, Pionite Backing Sheets will provide dimensional stability to the assembly, reducing the likelihood of warpage. Pionite Backing Sheets are phenolic laminate that are not intended for decorative surfacing. A slight variation in color is normal and should be anticipated. Pionite Backing Sheets are available in either brown or black. Backing Sheets are normally sanded on one side, however, both sides can be sanded.

Thick Phenolic Core Laminate Pionite Thick Phenolic Core Laminate is designed for applications where the decorative surface must contribute to the structural stability of the finished assembly. Thick Phenolic Core Laminate is available in the following configurations: decorative both sides; decorative one side, glueable one side; glueable both sides.

Metallic Surfaces
Pionite metallic surfaces are available in two different constructions:
All Metal: Pionite solid metals are aluminum sheets with an anodized finished surface to provide optimum decorative qualities.
Phenolic Back: Pionite phenolic back metallic laminates combine the aesthetics of solid metal with the ease of application of regular decorative laminates.

Cabinet Liner
Pionite Cabinet Liner provides a durable and attractive surface to the inside of cabinets and drawers. Cabinet liner also imparts dimensional stability to substrate that is faced with high pressure decorative laminate.

Hi-Wear
Hi-Wear laminate is designed for applications requiring increased abrasion and scuff resistance. The product offers over five times the wear resistance of standard grade laminate.
